ORDER CONFIRMATION

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order

details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order

within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to ship your goods via your preferred method within

1-2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

POSTAGE DISCOUNT MULTIPLE PURCHASES – SAVE ON POSTAGE

Combined Postage discounts are available when buying more than one item. Combined postage discount will automatically be applied when you are checking
out with multiple items so simply add items into your shopping cart and you will get a final price in checkout. If you order over $1000.00 you’ll
receive free standard postage. Express post is an extra chargable service.

Shipping costs are calculated by the cubic weight of your order, delivery method, and shipping address and will be delivered to your door or specified
location. On the item ad page there is a postage calculator link that will give you an estimated shipping quote with different delivery methods. Choose
the item you are interested in, enter your postcode or country for a postage price.

To calculate postage for multiple items simply add items to your shipping cart then click on view cart and add your postcode or country.

ON-LINE ORDERS PURCHASED VIA MONEY ORDER WILL REMAIN VALID FOR 7 DAYS AND WILL BE CANCELLED IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THIS TIME. FOR MONEY ORDER
OR BANK CHEQUE PAYMENTS, PLEASE ALLOW 3 – 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR CLEARING AND PROCESSING.

Our distribution centre and freight companies operate Monday to Friday for order dispatching and deliveries.

MORE SHIPPING INFORMATION

As the shipping costs are calculated using the shipping address, your exact cost of shipping will be provided in “view cart” for multiple items. This is
before the checkout process so you will have the option of canceling after viewing the shipping costs, and before the you go complete checkout.

Orders to Australian destinations are trackable and shipped by Australia Post e-parcel post, express post delivery or best-suited courier for your location.
Online tracking is available. Most of these options can be chosen in checkout. Larger items are also sent via our courier Star Track Express or other
carriers

All items are delivered with authority to leave (safe drop) where possible unless otherwise selected when ordering.

For international regions of the world, you will have a number of shipping options available depending on the item. These include Airmail and Express Courier
International. Each option has a different cost associated with it, and suited to a particular type of parcel.

CARE AND HANDLING

Items are packed with durable strength custom made packaging to protect the items inside on the journey to you. Items are checked prior to packing and
handled with great care, while making sure that each item is guaranteed to be dispatched in perfect condition. Height Dynamics is not directly liable
for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods whilst in transit; however if your item arrives damaged please contact us at [email protected]

Delivery Delays:

If a product needs to be placed on back order to fulfill your request we will notify you by email if it stretches out much longer than normal freight times.

We endeavor to process and dispatch orders promptly and efficiently and almost always dispatch within 1 to 2 days. The shipping time guides provided on
this website indicate approximate shipping times only – they are not guaranteed delivery times. Height Dynamics cannot be held responsible for delays
in parcels arriving at their destinations. This includes, but is not limited to: delays with any nominated carriers or carrier agents/representatives,
delays in customs processing and clearance, delays resulting from industrial strikes/protests/wars/natural disasters, road, traffic or busy periods
with freight companies.

Import Tax/Duty

The payment of any customs duty/import tax is the responsibility of the purchaser and should be investigated with their local customs or postal department
to see what duties are payable (if any).
